Project Overview

This project presents a production grade Business Intelligence platform that simulates and optimizes the end-to-end supply chain operations of a global e-commerce enterprise handling 100,000+ annual transactional records.

Instead of just building random charts, this platform adopts a Question Driven Design methodology to solve real corporate bottlenecks: delivery delays, escalating shipping costs, product transit damages, and warehouse stock out risks.
