Grafbase is a GraphQL Federation Gateway acquired by The Guild and now in maintenance mode, with the repository scheduled for archival by end of May 2026. The Grafbase platform, dashboard, and app have been sunsetted and are no longer operational. The project includes the Grafbase Gateway, Grafbase CLI, and other components, which now receive only high severity security releases and fixes. Grafbase Gateway serves as a performant router for federated GraphQL architectures, enabling unified schema composition and query routing across multiple subgraph services.
