Getting Started

Prerequisites

  • Node.js (v18 or higher recommended)
  • pnpm (Package Manager)

Installation

  1. Clone the repository:

    git clone https://github.com/openvideodev/react-video-editor.git
cd react-video-editor

  2. Install dependencies:

    pnpm install

  3. Configure environment variables: Copy the sample environment file to .env:

    cp .env.sample .env

    Note: You will need to obtain API keys for services like OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and others to fully utilize the AI features.

  4. Run the development server:

    pnpm dev

  5. Open http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.
