It provides a suite of add-ons that extend standard functionality to support complex promotional strategies. Key capabilities include defining multi-product conditions for promotion eligibility, establishing incompatibility rules to prevent conflicting offers, and setting limits on the number of promotions a specific customer or salesman can claim. The suite also enables granular control over reward distribution by supporting multiple gift rewards per promotion and restricting campaigns to specific customer segments via partner applicability filters. Additional features allow administrators to trigger coupon generation without sending email notifications, manage mass mailing campaigns for loyalty programs, and track interactions through chatter records on sale coupons.
