How it works

Every app's ~/.xxx/skills becomes a symlink pointing to one master directory. Add or edit a skill once — every app sees it instantly.

Install

npm i -g skills-link

Quick start

skills-link

That's it. First run walks you through everything — detect apps, import skills, create links.

Run it again anytime to sync changes and check health.

Commands

Command	Description
`skills-link`	Main command — sync skills to all apps
`skills-link add <repo>`	Install skill from GitHub
`skills-link list`	List local skills
`skills-link sync`	Push changes to GitHub
`skills-link app`	Manage enabled apps
`rules-link`	Sync rules

# Install all skills from a repo (choose one)

# Install specific skill
skills-link add vercel-labs/agent-skills -s web-design-guidelines

Requirements

Node.js 18+
Windows / macOS / Linux

Windows uses Junction links — no admin rights needed. macOS / Linux uses native symlinks.
