PwM is a simple, fully offline password manager available for Windows desktop (WPF), Linux and Windows CLI, and Android and iOS via .NET MAUI. It stores sensitive authentication data locally with no cloud sync or telemetry. Vaults are encrypted using AES-256 with keys derived through Argon2id, and parameters for iterations, memory size, and parallelism are fully configurable. Key features include multiple encrypted vaults with import and export support, shared vault linking across network drives, and application and account organization within vaults. Security tools include a strong password generator with enforced complexity rules, optional breach checking via HaveIBeenPwned using k-anonymity, temporary password reveal, 15-second clipboard copy with auto-clear, master password re-prompt every 30 minutes on writes, and auto-lock after configurable inactivity or on system lock.
