StevenBlock is an advanced, zero-bloat ad-blocking module for Android that works with Magisk, KernelSU, and APatch. It provides system-wide protection against ads, trackers, and telemetry by managing an optimized hosts file through an interactive command-line interface. Key features include pure terminal configuration with no companion app or web dashboard, interactive hardware-based installation using device volume keys, direct GitHub repository checks for blocklist freshness, automatic cleanup of dead domains and redundant entries, and forced DNS cache flushing for immediate rule application. The module uses zero background processes and consumes no RAM, resulting in no battery drain. Users can choose from multiple blocklist profiles including a Default StevenBlack list, Light, Medium, and Aggressive options from the Energized project, each offering different balances between protection and compatibility.
