opena2a is an open-source command-line tool that performs a unified security review of AI projects. Running opena2a review scans for credential leaks, shadow AI agents, MCP servers, unsigned configurations, and ungoverned dependencies, then returns a security score. Each finding is routed to a targeted subcommand such as protect, scan, secrets, or trust that fixes it. Built as a TypeScript turborepo with packages for scanning orchestration, identity management, credential patterns, AI classification, and tamper-evident audit logs, it integrates with sister tools including HackMyAgent, Secretless AI, and AI Trust. Distributed via npm and Homebrew under Apache 2.0, releases are signed with SLSA v1 provenance through npm Trusted Publishing. Requires Node.js 18 or later.
