Macos Web
macos-web is an open-source project that replicates the Mac OS desktop experience within a web browser. Built using the Svelte framework and Vite for rapid development, this iteration replaces a previous Preact version to create a high-fidelity simulation of the macOS interface, drawing inspiration from macOS Monterey and earlier versions like Ventura without relying on external component libraries. The application is styled entirely with SCSS. Key features include functional desktop elements, window management, and a visual aesthetic designed to mirror the look and feel of an Apple computer. This project serves as both a tribute to the macOS design philosophy, created by an enthusiast who does not own actual Apple hardware, and a demonstration of web-based desktop environments. It is actively developed, inviting community contributions through issue reports and pull requests to fix bugs and add features. The software is hosted online as a live demo, allowing users to experience the simulated macOS environmen
