undetected-chromedriver
undetected-chromedriver is an optimized patch for Selenium Chromedriver designed to bypass anti-bot and bot mitigation systems such as Distil, Imperva, DataDome, Botprotect.io, and Cloudflare IUAM. It requires no complex configuration, automatically downloads the correct driver binary, and applies patches to disguise automation fingerprints. The library works with standard Chrome and many Chromium-based browsers including Brave, and it supports Python 3.6 and above. The latest 3.5.x release is compatible with Selenium 4.9 or higher and includes improvements to anti-detection mechanisms, revised file naming to reduce leftover binaries, and a new findelementsrecursive helper for handling websites that serve content across multiple frames. Headless mode is also patched to remain undetected, though it is not officially supported. The package does not hide the user's IP, so it works best when run from residential connections with good IP reputation rather than datacenters. Installation is straightforward via pip.
